Calgary, September 24, 1999 - PERFECT FRY CONTINUES TO GROW
Perfect Fry continues to implement a well-planned growth strategy, which is
producing positive results. The financial statements for the nine-month period
ended July 31, 1999 indicate that this has been our highest Revenue generating
nine months of any year to date.
Since implementation of the new model, some minor technological changes have
been integrated enhancing both the performance of the fryer and the reliability.
Perfect Fry's reputation for reliability is strong in the marketplace, with dependable
product and service.
Investing in an aggressive marketing program has resulted in multiple benefits.
Awareness of the company and the product within the food industry is growing at
an exponential rate. The Perfect Fry distributor and dealer base has strengthened
both in quantity and quality.
It was reported in the April 1999 financial statements that PFC was in discussions
with numerous large North American companies who had expressed a strong interest
in the fryer. Some of these discussions have now proceeded to the testing phase.
President & CEO Gary Calderwood said, "We are pleased with the financials
for the nine months ended July 31, 1999. In reference to the testing that is currently
underway, it is the first time for Perfect Fry in dealing with a company of such
prominence. And although we are in the preliminary stages of the test, we are
very excited about the prospects.
