NEWS RELEASE PERFECT FRY CORPORATION PNM, Canadian Venture Exchange For immediate release
Increased familiarity with the Perfect Fry name and the mounting strength of the distributor sales force have shown positive results.
Financial Statements for the three months ended January 31, 2000 show a 57% increase in revenues over the same period for the prior year. The PFC5700 Model continues to be the best seller and, as predicted, there is a growing demand for our new PFC5708 model. Inventory currently on hand is slightly higher than usual as we prepare for the second quarter, which traditionally is our strongest sales period. It is worth mentioning, however, that as distributor representation grows, sales over the entire year appear to be evening out, and we are no longer seeing large fluctuations in revenue between the quarters. I believe this will be an ongoing trend. International Sales The President, Gary Calderwood recently returned from the Hotel Olympia Trade Show in London, England. The show is highly recognized and well attended, and the response to the Perfect Fryers was extremely positive. There is great potential for our fryers on the English market. Trade Shows As in previous years, the end of the first quarter signals the start of the busy trade show season. Again, we have arranged for a strong presence in numerous shows throughout North America.
